Delta Bulk Terminals, Inc. is located in California. I want to say
Sacramento or San Fran...
It's also a private company in a marine terminal, ie. not a place for
people, railfans or not, to be monkeying around.
Bad experiences with "railfans" in the past have colored my impressions
unfavorably somewhat. Too much exposure to the irresponsible fat slobs out
there who think that the railroad and it's property exist solely as an
entertainment meduim for them and not as a business property.
