PC: PC ballast car sighting

Saw PC ballast car # 51556 in Bloomfield, PA today! It still had the PC name 
on it, but the worms were obscured by rust. Still painted yellow, but with 
the car # re-stenciled. It was in a string of ex-CR ballast cars heading 
towards downtown Pittsburgh on the old CR line.
