And farther down that page, it says Life-Like Proto 2000 is coming out with 
Alco S1 switchers in New Haven. Paintout locomotives, anyone? :-)

For that matter, they're releasing the S1s in PRR too. Looks like my wallet 
will be taking a hit when they come out...
