OK, here's my view:
 Copying decals because of unavilability or to rearrange them to get
items which are otherwise unavailable: OK
 Copying decals simply to avoid buying another set: Not OK
 Has anyone offered to help the decal manufacturers with information on
the correct lettering and numbers for these various sets which seem to
be so in demand?
