PC: PC Inspection Record Card

Hey ya'll - while riding around in OHIC 102 Saturday (not of PC heritage, but 
FP&E) I happened to notice that it had an Inspection card, that was obviously 
from PC days, since it says PENN CENTRAL COMPANY across the top, and only has 
an OHI-RAIL CORP. stamp off in the upper right hand corner.  When I upload 
it, I'll send a URL.....
