Gee...and for the past several years I've always thought it was Square
721 Black Extended, bold and italicized. Might you have found the same
font, or is this a different font that looks even better? 

I did a search on the web for "Eurostar Black Extended", and I couldn't
find it anywhere? Where did you get it?
