PC: Mark-outs

The mark out increased tremendously in 1970? I think. There was a big
push to get the worms everywhere possible. This is probably where all
the wierd paint-outs came from.
I also saw a X29g w/ green splotch in a MS color guide looking for the
Jordan.

I just took a pic one month ago of a CR X58 w/ a CR paint-out over top
of the green patch PC paint-out of the PRR marks!
That was cool.
