I asked Mark Branibar about the possibility of distributing the roster
in electronic format. He said he that the Excel spreadsheet file for
it is 23 MB in size. So because it is so big, it would be pretty
impractical to try to post on the web. Besides that, I'm sure that
Mark would rather sell copies of the roster for a nominal cost and
recover some of the expense that went into researching it instead of
giving it away on the web. Just my opinion...

Lon, how did you get the roster from Mark? I can post the "ordering
instructions" on my web site.
