PC: Book Review, Railroad Mergers

Hello Penn Central Fans,

For those of you that enjoy books, and reading about the Penn Central. I
highly recommend the book, Railroad Mergers (History, Analysis &
Insight) by Frank N. Wilner, a Simmons-Boardman Book. Perhaps a bit
pricey at $63.00 but certainly worth the cost. It contains valuable
information, and is a great addition to your Penn Central book
collection.

It covers all railroad mergers, so it's not limited to only Penn
Central, but does have an extensive section on the Penn Central. From
its merger beginnings in 1957, until its final days in 1976.
