PC: Flaring on U33Cs

PC's first group of U33Cs (6540-6559), ordered by PRR but delivered in PC 
paint starting in 2/68, featured a flared piece of sheet metal connecting 
the radiator wings with the carbody.  I have seen photos of early EL U33Cs 
with the same flaring.  Did the four U33Cs delivered to PC in 8-68 also have 
this flaring ahead of the radiator wings?
