There is a lot of info in the TLC book on presidential rail travel. I
think there is a complete consist list. Also, it discusses all of the
people injured and killed because of this train. (In 1969, Mamie
Eisenhower had Ike's funeral train operated as a military movement
because she was disgusted at the way the Kennedy family ran this train.)
