PC: PC spotted in Syracuse

CSX stuck a bunch of bad orders, looks like, on the Peat Street Lead which
connects from CP 285 (the old van site at Dewitt Yard) into the original NYC
main through the street in Syracuse NY, what's left of it.  I happened to go
out a different route than usual and spotted a full-PC open hopper in the
string, with a RDG next to it.  Haven't seen one of those in a while...
the cut is mostly CR brown hoppers with a few gons (at least one with 3-4
foot trees growing inside!) thrown in.   The PC car is in good shape but I'm
not sure if it's accessable for photos -
