Like EMD and Alco, the presence of the short hood on a Baldwin is the
difference between a switcher and a roadswitcher.   All told, there were 483
BLW roadswitchers built between 1948-1955.  NYC had the RS-12 and
DRS-4-4-15.  PRR bought the DS-4-4-10, RS-12, and AS-616 (secondhand)
