Craig,
PC nevr painted any of the railings on the F-units yellow, for some strange 
reason.  Some may have had yellow on the step rungs up the side, but I don't 
even think they bothered with that.  All the PC F units I ever saw firsthand 
were pretty much all the same in the area of painting.
