PC: First issue of the POST

	I received my first issue of the Penn Central Railroad Historical
	Society (PCRRHS) Post yesterday and was pleasantly surprised
	at the quality as well as having received it this quickly. As an
	editor of an NMRA division newsletter, I have a feel for what is
	involved in putting out a publication like this. Good job! I am 
	glad to see the color photos. That adds a lot.
