PC: PCRRHS Convention info

Please for give cross posting - just want to get the word out 

The Oct 13-15 Convention looks like a good mix of things for everyone. We tried
hard to control costs. Hope it shows.

A special Thanks to Gary Farmer, Will Jamison and Lon Godshall for putting it
all together

The registration form will be mailed with the 1st Society newsletter in the next
few days - the URL below has the same info, ( agenda and registration ) just not
quite as pretty.
