Re: PC: PC era P&E Caboose

Mr. Caylor,
I am a small decal producer in New York State. I have sets for NYC hood
diesels and NYC cab units in the late sixties, with the large lettering and
numbers, and also an NYC green bay window caboose set and a PC 100 ton
hopper set. I have done a set for PC cabin cars that cover the entirety of
the PC years, but I did not include the P&E lettering. I have had a few
other requests for this and I would do them if I could get enough
information (photos, drawings, dimensions, etc.) to create the artwork
accurately. The cars look to be similar to the Walthers bay window car.
They are definately varied from the standard NYC steel bay windows I used to
see here. If you have photos or information or drawings, whatever, on
these, I would be glad to do a set for them.
I am also looking for a drawing of the oval Peoria and Eastern logo as seen
on the sides of their Geeps in the NYC days. I have had requests to do a
P&E diesel set, so I plan on doing this, pending the reciept of the oval
logo information. Maybe you could help somehow with both. If you can,
please write me an email. I appreciate your anticipated help.
Have as good day,
Jim Kosty
