PC: track plans

Greetings Penn Central,

Help! Can anyone direct me towards obtaining the track
plans for the Penn Central Sunny Side yards in New
York city? It has been a long time goal to model this
in HO scale. So far, my only action has been walking
around the Queens neighborhood. This limits me as most
of the yard is off limits to non-railroad personal.
