PC: Penn Central Congressional Report

I was going through my closet when I found another Penn Central book.  I 
obtained it from the library discard pile (my local library has a wonderful 
PC book collection) and it looks rather interesting.  The "book" is a 750 
page congressional report about the PC c. 1971. I forget who the congressman 
in charge was.  In addition to 750 pages of dry facts and figures about the 
as of then biggest bankruptcy it has a big fold out map and the PC ownership 
tree chart.  I was wondering if any of you could give me a clue as to the 
rarity/interestingness/significance of such a book.
