The only place I know of that may have lettering arrangements of PC F-38
is the old PC diagram book put out many years ago.

Some guys on this list own that book, and may lend a hand to see if
there is any flatcar listed.
The letering diagrams should be about the same.

CR diagrams, I don't know.
