PC: New PC Items

Greg, Atlas is currently delivering their HO GP-40's to hobby shops.
Locomotives are coming in CONRAIL livery but not in PC paint.  Also Atlas has
announced a forthcoming HO GP-38 to be delivered in PC # 7754 & 7786.  Expected
arrival in Sept.
