Wasn't one of the PRR biz cars named Queen Mary? I always thought that
having the flat car and biz car sharing names could cause a bit of
confusion on the railroad. I guess the well car was nicknamed the Queen
Elizabeth.
At any rate, the depressed flat car & wheel sets now reside on display at
the railroader's museum in Altoona, PA. The car has been returned to PRR
tuscan, and is an impressive site. Unfortunately, the car is wedged in
relatively tight aisles between other equipment, so you can't get a very
good broadside picture of the car. I have no idea where the well car body
is today.
