PC: Web site update

Greetings fellow listers,

I've completed a minor update to the Penn Central Railroad Home Page.
This time around I've added a few photos to the Boxcars and Work
Equipment Photo Galleries. Also, in the Passenger Equipment Photo
Gallery I have added pictures of PC observation car _George
Washington_, which was discussed here on the PC Mailing List last
month.

Also, I have on my kitchen table an additional 60 PC pictures from
Dennis Bydash, whose photos appear throughout the regional Photo
Galleries, that I need to scan. There's a lot of neat stuff in this
next batch of photos, and once I get them scanned and processed, I'll
get them posted--probably in a month or so.
