PC: Web site update

Hey everyone,

I have completed another update to the Penn Central Railroad Home
Page. This wasn't as exhaustive as an update as I wanted to do, but
I've had a lousy week at work, so I didn't feel like doing as much
tonight on it. I did update a couple of photo galleries, added some
new sightings (with a photo!) and updated the Model Photos page. Also,
be sure to check out the Newsflash on the main page....some interesting
PC stuff going on with the UP....
