In 1995-96 I was working in Allentown, PA.  Northwest of the city on
Route 309 is a public delivery track attached to the ex-Reading
Catasauqua & Fogelsville Branch.  I would frequently see an ex-NYC
centerflo covered hopper spotted there in very good condition, but it was
light gray.
