No, it was an NJDOT U34CH 4151 that was repainted bicent colors and numbered
1776. After the bicent the engine was renumbered back to 4151 and remained
in bicent colors until retired. The unit was Not a CR unit but a NJDOT one.
CR did not repaint any diesels in bicent scheme, just GG-1 4800.
