Hi Bob.
I don't know if this will be of use,but it's all I've got. The Jan. 99 issue 
of trains makes reference to 40 RS-3's being rebuilt with EMD prime movers. 
These were nicknamed "DeWitt Geeps "as the work was done at the former NYC 
DeWitt shops near Syracuse, NY As far as road numbers, I haven't a clue. 
While started by PC, the work continued into Conrail at Juniata shops in 
Altoona.
