I was given the number "F3KR" to order the book at the discount & was told
that it can be used by more than 1 person.

Has anything more been uncovered on how to get the discounted price on the
re-release of " A Sampling of Penn Central". I have a sales flyer from IU
Press
that tells about discounts on other books until 2/10/00, but it only
mentions
the book in question as soon-to-be-released.
