PC: Web site update

Hey gang,

I have updated the PC web site again tonight, this time adding
some more photos. I have added a new page for Budd RDCs. (Five
hundred points to the first person to send me a photo of the New
Haven "Roger Williams" Budd cars in PC paint for the web site!)

I also added some new photos to the Electric Locomotive and MU
Car pages, along with one new photo on the New York City page
of the Metropolitan Region.
