PC: Check photos first

 I was wrong. I have just checked my photos and they show 4263 with all
portholes open. Really open. No glass, no frames, no hinges. Just round
gaping holes. No pilot either for the people on that thread.
 It IS, however, green. PC style numerals with New Haven shown as the
maintenance base. The unit is "lettered" for the MBTA but it is a sloppy
job done with a poor stencil. Perhaps this was added after the unit was
sold to the MBTA.
