PC: Re: 1900 F7s

If someone wants an F-unit an ex-MILW FP7 in Scranton (Tobyhanna, hidden at
the Army Depot) is apparently going to be cut up..  one caution, it's
beyond economic hope of operating.   The mate to it is apparently to be
painted as a NYC unit..  anyone have a suggestion for numbering it?
