The last GP35 in the series (I can't remember the number, but Yanosey will
back me up on this one) was fitted with dynos. It was on display at the 1964
World's Fair, and EMD wanted to show an example of it's top-of-the-line
engine with this option. Why? Dunno, but EMD wanted it that way.
