PC: My F-7 Posting

I wrote 

Jerry makes a good point, former NYC F7's (by and large the majority) did not have dynamic brakes because the "Water Level Route" did not require it.  

I was incorrect, thank you for bringing this to my attention.  I incorrectly assumed that the if the road switchers came without dynamic brakes so did the F7's.  Apologies to the list.
