PC: PC in Lebanon, Ohio

A friend of mine lives in Lebanon, Ohio and I noticed a former PC line dead
ends in that city. Does anyone know if it always dead ended there or was it
cut after the 1968 merger? Also, is that segment still in use today and by
whom?
