PC: Early PC N5c paint/numbering

Gents:

>From what I can tell, many (all?) early N5cs had green cupolas, however, was
the top of the roof painted green or black?  I have seen top photos of PRR
cars, it appears that many of the N5cs and N8s had black on the roof when
painted in focal orange, but it does not appear that PC carried this on.

Also, what was the dot by the cabin number for?

Now that we have good cabin decals, I can start on the fleet of cabins I
have here at the house....  Can't even remember how many I have now  :-)
