PC: Penn Central Bankruptcy Letters

Hello PC fans,

A while back someone from this newsgroup offered photo copies of two
letters sent by the Penn Central. One was to its employees and the other
to its shippers. The letters explained the bankruptcy. Whomever this
person was, or if any of you remember who it was, please let me know.
