Re: PC: GP9 roof details

Some of the earlier GP9 units had the smaller 36" fans, while the later PRR
ones had the 48" fans. The ex - NH GP9s had the Hancock air whistles (looks
like a small electric megaphone, model part available) instead of horns. I
was looking at the Fallen Flags Penn Central photos on George Elwood's site.
There are several red P GP9s on there, and there were at least one of each
style fan arrangement, both dynamic brake equipped. Watch out for
winterization hatches too, and horn placement, radio antennas and the like.
I want to do a late GP9 in the red P scheme myself.
