Also if these are CR N21's then why do they have a small number at the top
end of the car as was done on the ex-PC cars (and so many other CR
predecessor's cars)? I do know though that PC cars had a 24,000 series
number (24025 comes to mind) so who knows.
Looks like maybe a Shared Assets scheme of some sort; NS cabooses are red
so perhaps that;s where it comes from?
