Ken,

Yes!  Even though I model the CNJ/LV/RDG out of Allentown, PA, I would imagine
that these hoppers showed up on RDG trains possibly bringing in high grade coal
for Beth Steel.  I'd also think that these hoppers came off the Bel-Del for
coal/iron ore delivery to Beth Steel.
