Does the $70 billion cover only  a 20 month membership? Can a member rejoin
the 21st Month? For this rate do members get an American Express Ultra
Platnum Card and a 200 page monthly all color Newsletter.Magazine? Gee, with
$70 billion one can start relaying track over abandoned PC Lines and run
real PC Railway trains and fan trips!
