The preliminaries were ironed out at Altoona.

Those in former Pennsy territory wil pay dues of $5.
Those in Central territory will pay $125 to join.
Just kidding.

 Some fine detailing remains I believe  in regards to membership
applications being printed, distributed, etc. I will assume it will be
spoken of soon.
Of course, the paperwork has to be completed for non profit status
first.


The list will be kept up to date I assure you.
