PC: Black PC cabins

Someone asked a while back if there were ever any black PC cabs. The
consensus was that there were none. However I was  reading through PC
Railroader #1 Vol 5, and a question from a subscriber was asked as follows:
"Noticed in the Chicago yards were several PC cabins with all black paint,
white heralds and yellow handrails; are these used on the joint ATSF-PC Rail
Bridge trains? Why are they painted black rather than the customary jade or
newer meadow green?"    There wasn't an answer to the question.

Maybe there were some PC cabs painted black for a short time...???
