--Dang, I grew up by that plant, lived on Lucknow Rd. so I know that area fairly well. Use to hop a TT train to go to another bus stop where I had some friends before school. That's a shame that the pland is going. I always used to look at that mile long train and wonder how the heck they got it around curves. At least the Rockville bridge is still there, although the tower is long gone now.
