As far as I know both Lehigh Valley lists are up, but 2 messages from one
of them is it in the last week...   

PC even went so far as to buy used LV cabooses at one point, bought a lot
of used cabooses, even made bay-window cabs out of Santa Fe cars (world's
ugliest caboose?).   Why did they go to so much trouble buying junk, was it
due to a need for cabooses on a bankrupt (or fast approaching bankruptcy)
railroad?
