PC: Re: nyc gondola

Irony:

CR ex PC/PRR hopper today; the CR red was fading off and the keystone
showed through...   and it had been "NYC-ized" for CSX...

I saw a number of PC gons that otherwise would have been decent examples of
PC paint that had been NYC'd as well.


EMD 6431 is an ex-CR 6200/6300 series SD40 with the brakewheel on the rear
platform.   Does the brakewheel make it ex-CNJ for sure?  I seem to
remember some discussion that there was an order of SD40's for PRR or PC
that had it in the same place.  It's been floating around the Albany
Service Lane for a few days now (as is a HATX/ex QNS&L SD40, but that's
another story)...
