PC: Rail Grinding Plant Removal

Hi All,
I noticed thhat NS is demolishing the Lucknow rail grinding plant
adjacent to the Intermodal terminal.  Theres a rumour that they plan to
expand the intermodal facility into the area used by the plant.  I also
noticed a string of CR MOW ribbon rail cars, including one in original
PC paint (green) withe PC letering and worms still intact. (Sorry I
didn't grap the number).  There are a number of gons parked there as
well presumably for scrap clean up including a origional paint PC and an
EL.
