PC: Black pc cabooses

Had a chance to look this up-

I think this may have been the brown and gold N5c cars used in PPLX
(Pennsylvania Power and Light) coal service.  The photo makes the car look
almost black, so I am sure in service they looked close as well.  Numbers
for these cars are 23065, 23070, 23091, and 23120 respectively.  Look like
any other PC N5c excluding color.

Why the different color?
