PC: Time to influence manufacturers

I was placing an order to Bowser, and I asked why they haven't done any of
the F-30a's or the covered hoppers in PC. He said if someone would send them
photos they would do them. So heres a chance to use use our clout to
influence at least on company to do some PC!
