Wahtever the successor corporate entity is for PC, NYC and PRR owns the
rights to the logo's. Can't remember exactly what the name is they're an
insurance/real estate firm and they've changed the name a couple of times. 
Back a few years ago when some clown tried to steal the PRR name and logo 
they fell all over him ( in a legal sense <grin>). At the time they stated 
they didn't 
have a problem with the fair usage of the logo's for model railroading etc, 
they
only had a problem with the clown charging people $10,000 for the privilege of
using their property rights.
