The Penn Central Railroad Diesel Spotters Guide is a nice addition for
any collector of Penn Central stuff. It doesn't contain any information
that the Bi-Annual doesn't have. The reason the Spotters Guide was
published was to provide train watchers with a pocket guide for
identifying PC locomotives.
